Itinerary of Kerala Discovery Tour Package
Day - 1:- Trivandrum – (Arrival Day)
Our services start with your arrival at Trivandrum airport. Our representative will greet you at the exit gate of the Airport terminal building. Transfer to kovalam (20 km). On Arrival Check in the Hotel. Overnight at Kovalam.
Day – 2:- Poovar- Kanyakumari - Kovalam (100 kms) -(2hrs)
After breakfast proceed for Kanyakumari which is 70 kms from Kovalam on the way Poovar Boating (Optional). Enroute visit Padmanabhapura palace. Further proceed to Kanyakumari. On arrival visit Vivekananda memorial, Devi Temple, and Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. In the evening visit the Kanyakumari beach to watch beautiful Sunset. In the evening return back to Hotel in Kovalam. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 3 :- Explore Kovalam
Early morning visit the Sunrise point to watch the beautiful Sunrise. Then after breakfast, Visit the local attractions of Kovalam Hawa Beach, Zoo, Light House Beach, Samudra Beach etc. Evening free for personal activities. Overnight at Kovalam.
Day- 4 Kovalam – Kollam (80 kms)-(hrs)
After breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Kollam via Varkala Beach. Check-in into the Hotel then visit Kollam Beach, Jatau’s Earth Center and in the evening free for leisure. Overnight at Kollam.
Day - 5:- Kollam - Alleppey (90 kms)-(2hrs)
After breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Alleppey. On the way you will witness a full range of lifes and activities and some mind boggling sceneries. Check-in into the Hotel in Alleppey. Alleppey is worldly famous for back water and Snake Boat Races. The stretch of backwater is spread over 900 sq. kms. Take a enchanting Boat Cruise along the backwater( AT YOUR OWN COST). In the evening free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Alleppey.
Day 06 (Alleppey Sightseeing)
After breakfast proceed for Alleppey Tour. Visit Coir museum, Ravi karunakran museum , Alleppey beach and local market. Overnigh stay in Alleppey.
Day - 7:- Alleppey- Cochin
After breakfast checkout and proceed to Cochin. Cochin, “Queen of Arabian Sea" due to the long maritime history; Arabs, Chinese, Dutch, British and Portuguese followed the sea routes to Cochin. The fascinating Chinese Fishing nets are typical of Kochi. Visit the Mattanchery Dutch Palace - (closed on Fridays and public holidays), which was built by the Portuguese in 1555 and renovated by the Dutch in 1663. Visit the Jewish Synagogue-(closed on all Saturdays and Jewish holidays) in Jew Town and Fort Cochin Area. There are a couple of streets of picture-postcard houses out of another age. Visit St. Francis Church- (closed for visitors on Sundays from 08.00 to 11.00 hrs) the oldest European Church in India. It has several antiquities including a wealth of records. See the Chinese Fishing Nets, along the tip of Fort Cochin unique to this part of Kerala and living symbols of a centuries-old Chinese influence on this coast. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day – 8:- Cochin (Tour Ends)
After breakfast check out the hotel in time to reach Cochin Airport for departure with sweet memories.
